Toni Racco Benner

Toni Racco Benner, MS, MSPOD, partners with an organization’s leaders to transform their culture, practices, and aspirations to include developmental learning and coaching. She does this by designing and delivering custom experiential programs that spark, inspire, motivate, and empower.  Her work touches universities, organizations, and the US Military. Toni is also a lead instructor for the Lean Healthcare Certificate programs through the University of Michigan Nexus. 

Toni holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management with a focus on Lean Enterprise Systems. Her graduate studies include an MS in Positive Organization Development & Change. She is certified in Executive Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry with Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Business. Toni is pursuing her Doctoral in Organization Development and Change.
