Monday Kickstarter: May 25, 2020
May 25, 2020Monday Kickstarters is a working session designed for everyone on the call to figure out how to have conversations worth having when faced with a tough situation or problem. You can listen live on the Conversations Worth Having YouTube Channel.
Here are the topics and generative questions that were developed on Monday, May 25!
I am constantly being criticized by my family. They think there is only one right way to do something and they know what it is! (I see this in work settings as well.)
As we close out virtual learning (K-8), we are required to provide EOY Feedback (quasi report card) AND hold 1 v 1 conversations with ALL of our parents. I have 130 students and we need to keep it positive/upbeat, but be honest.
How can I help my coworkers to feel safe as we return to our offices?
I’m concerned everyone will just want to go back to “normal” and we’ll miss the opportunities to make things better.
