Conscious Leadership Certification for Women
Expand your sense of self as a woman leader and develop your ability to actively and consciously ignite transformation for yourself, others, and the systems within which you work.
ApplyIt's Time for Feminine Leadership
Many women in leadership positions have adopted more intellect-based leadership styles. The wisdom of their heart and intuition are often sacrificed and their natural relationship-based style abandoned in the face of ridicule.
Successful organizations are recognizing the importance of feminine leadership characteristics. It’s time to broaden our sense of who we are as women leaders and confidently bring our traditionally feminine strengths to the task. Time to experiment with what’s possible when we bring our whole, conscious, integral being into leading.Â

Module 5:
Leading from Wholeness
September 12 and 19, 2024 11:00 AM-12:30 PM ET
Dive deep into self-awareness and develop balance between masculine leadership characteristics and the energy and characteristics of feminine leadership. In this session, you will:
- Reflect on your perceptions around leadership characteristics and how you’ve come to believe those ideas. Examine ways you may be inhibiting  feminine leadership strengths for yourself and others.Â
- Unleash and enhance your feminine leadership potential (inclusion, listening, slowing down decision-making, engaging others, building relationship, caring, empathy). Explore ways  to balance masculine and feminine leadership characteristics and to nurture these for others.
- Identify and understand the loss of potential in organizations lead predominantly by masculine energy. Be able to articulate the positive impact that balanced energy has on organizational success.
- Discuss pathways for “breaking through bitch” and introducing other women and men to the importance of balanced leadership for organizational success.
Â
Â
Module 6: Leading from Your Genius
October 10 and 17, 2024, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM ET
Tap into your genius: your unique and innate ability or inclination, which was present before anyone told you who you should be or how you should act. Connect with your core purpose, and access your whole, authentic self to develop your strong personal brand.Â
- Explore your “upper limit problem”: unexamined self-limiting beliefs that may keep you working in your zone of incompetence, languishing in your zone of competence, or stuck in your zone of excellence instead of breaking through to your zone of genius.Â
- Connect with your inner genius and create a plan to move into your zone of genius where your innate abilities can support your leadership.Â
- Identify your personal brand and create a personal policy manual to support you in living into conscious leadership aligned with your genius.
