Laura has been practicing psychotherapy for over a decade and has been studying embodiment traditions and practices for almost 20 years. Sheās trained in yoga, coaching, enneagram, reiki, internal family systems, and a number of other somatic and trauma-informed therapy approaches (in addition to CWH!). Though Laura has worked with a wide range of populations and settings, she currently works primarily with individuals navigating relationship issues, parenting/motherhood, self love/compassion, and anxiety/burnout.Ā
Laura's passion is supporting folks with reclaiming, tending to, and uplifting their innate sensitivity. She lives and practices in the mountains of Western North Carolina with her husband, their 11-year-old son and their two sweet cats.
