Jamie’s experiences in the power of one conversation at a time support her belief that meaningful and collaborative communication can foster empowering relationships that serve others well. As an occupational therapist, Special Education and Autism Project Coordinator, she has served in a direct therapeutic role to children with disabilities, their families and school teams, as well as an instructor for professional development, strategic planning for program implementation and district decision making for positive change and the best outcomes for students. Her dedication to developing local capacity in best practices through servant leadership is strengthened by thoughtful and intentional curiosity.
Jamie Lewis, MAEd, MSOTR/L, is a certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and is a trainer in Conversations Worth Having and Strategic Planning. She holds a teaching endorsement in Special Education, a Masters in Educational Administration, and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Jamie’s life’s passion is serving individuals with autism. She also enjoys spending time with family, her husband, daughter and son, traveling, designing and gardening.
