Alexandra (Ally) Stavros is a dedicated public policy professional with experience in policy analysis, foreign affairs, and project management. Committed to public service, Alexandra hopes to influence public policy that drives positive change. She is certified in Conversations Worth Having and Strategic Conversations from Conversations Worth Having Institute and the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry.
Alexandra earned her Master of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, specializing in international security policy. Currently, Alexandra works as an international security fellow within the Department of Energyās National Nuclear Security Administration. With past public service experiences as a project officer in the U.S. Army, a policy fellow for the Executive Office of Governor Whitmer, and student researcher for the Department of State, she led stakeholder conversations, conducted policy research, and provided policy recommendations.
Drawing inspiration from her experiences, Alexandra is energized by connecting with diverse cultures and perspectives to co-create environments that build a better world. She is dedicated to fostering collaborative dialogues so all voices can be heard.
