Michael Grabow

Michael Grabow is founder and owner of The Essential Link Business Coaching and Training Network

Michael has over 40 years of experience in human resource development and management with global organizations. He is a certified instructor with Jack Canfield, Ken Blanchard Companies and Franklin/Covey. He is also a certified Business Coach with businesscoach.com and an instructor for UC Davis, CSU Sacramento, and CPSHR. His passion is to see the human potential within organizations realized, released, and renewed.

He is the owner of a Training, Leadership, and Management company; The Essential Link Business Coaching and Training Network, and has been conducting training, coaching businesses and developing leaders since December 1981. Michael’s projects have taken him to Australia, Japan, South Africa, Turkey, and Okinawa. His primary focus is developing workplace training processes and programs where human development, and personal growth exceed expectations.

His previous clients have been: US Air Force, Intel, PRIDE Industries, San Francisco Metropolitan Transportation Agency, Superior Lubricants, Golden One Credit Union, Pitman Engineering, Western Resource Management, Daystar Publishing, Sutter Health Connect, CalPERS, CalTrans, California Department of General Services, CalPIA, River City Bank, Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce, and The Non-Commissioned Officers Association to name a few.  His work spans globally, having provided training and coaching in countries such as Australia, Japan, South Africa, and Turkey.

He has multiple degrees and certifications from Golden Gate University and CSU Sacramento. He is happily married to his wife Patty for over 44 years and they have twin daughters and three grandchildren.
