Deborah is a nationally recognized organizational health expert, conference organizer, speaker, author and workplace culture expert. She has been in the forefront of the organizational health movement in Canada through her development of The Better Workplace Conference (BWC). This powerful initiative which she led for 17 years created a whole generation of workplace health professionals and a huge community of practice.
